It's time to start planning our 2027 Spring Trip to Port Aransas!
 
We are excited to be traveling to Port Aransas this spring! Please click on the flyer below for payment dates and instructions on how to use the travel company's portal. There is also a section about trip insurance that I strongly recommend you read thoroughly. The open registration is 9/24/2026 - 10/24/2026. Click on the link below to register for the trip and make your payments. Registration is due by October 24, 2026.
 
The student cost is $869 for the student package, which includes everything outlined in the trip information. The chaperone cost is about the same as well. We will begin recruiting chaperones after the registration deadline so we know how many we will need.
 
If you'd like family and friends to contribute toward your student's trip, you can also set up a contribution page through WeTravel using this link.
 
We'll go over trip details in class and at our upcoming parent meeting. In the meantime, please read through all of the information linked below so you're familiar with the registration process, payment schedule, and travel insurance options. We can't wait for a fun weekend of memories and time at the Texas coast!

Please keep in mind that students must be eligible to attend the spring trip. They must be passing all regular classes at the end of the third nine weeks in order to participate. Please contact me with any questions about eligibility.
 
Interested in being a chaperone? Please register as a chaperone on a waitlist. Once all students have registered, we will determine how many chaperones are needed, and the head chaperone will contact those who are selected.
 
Please make sure to update your account on the orchestra website as soon as possible. There is a $175 orchestra fee due by the end of the month that can be paid on Rycor.
